Can I order before I have my photos ready?
Yes. Personalisation is optional before checkout. You can share missing photos, names or messages after ordering. Your order remains open while the details are collected.
Will I see the artwork before it is printed?
Yes. An artwork preview is shared on WhatsApp, with a target of 12–24 hours after all required details are received. Up to 2 reasonable revisions are included. Printing starts only after your approval.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery: 5–7 days across India. Production happens after artwork approval. Delays in sharing photos or approving artwork can shift delivery. Target dispatch is within 24–48 hours after approval.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within India is ₹50 for a cart value below ₹500. Orders of ₹500 or more qualify for free shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Valid changes and cancellations are allowed before production begins, with a full refund for a valid cancellation. Artwork preparation is not production. Once production starts, cancellation is not available.
What if my gift arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Damaged, defective or wrongly printed items are eligible for replacement. Personalised items are not normally returnable or exchangeable.
How are my photos used?
Your photos are used to fulfil your order. They will not be reused in advertising or social media without your explicit permission. Only upload images you have the right or permission to use.
