Shipping & delivery

We serve India. Shipping is ₹50 for a cart merchandise value below ₹500 and free for ₹500 or more. Estimated delivery: 5–7 days across India.

Production begins after artwork approval. Delays in providing photos or approval can shift delivery. Target dispatch is within 24–48 hours after artwork approval. Tracking is provided when the parcel is shipped.

If the courier confirms a parcel is lost, we provide a free replacement. For a wrong or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability or refused delivery, we contact you, confirm or correct the details, and re-ship without an additional shipping charge. Repeated or abusive delivery failures are handled manually.

Returns & replacements

Personalised and custom-printed products are not normally returnable or exchangeable. Damaged, defective or materially wrongly printed items are eligible for replacement.

Raise a damage or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery, with photo or video evidence. Contact +91 90312 56554 on WhatsApp or email pankajstudio17@gmail.com.

If we print something differently from your approved artwork, we will correct or replace it. An error clearly visible in the exact artwork you approved is not treated as a production defect. Exceptional cases are handled manually and fairly.

Cancellation & refunds

Valid cancellation or change requests are allowed before production begins. A valid cancellation before production receives a full refund. No cancellation is available once production starts.

Artwork preparation is not production. Production starts only after you approve the artwork. Up to 2 reasonable artwork revisions are included before approval and production.

Personal photos & privacy

Your photos and personalisation details are used to fulfil your order. We do not reuse customer photos in advertising or social media without explicit permission. By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the right or permission to use it.

Use clear, high-resolution photos. If a photo is unsuitable or instructions are unclear, we may contact you before preparing the artwork. Contact us by email for questions about your personal photos and order information. No fixed photo-retention period is promised.

Personalisation & order terms

You can place an order with or without photos and personalisation details. Missing details can be collected after purchase. An incomplete personalisation does not automatically cancel a paid order.

Once all required details are received, the artwork preview target is 12–24 hours. The preview is shared on WhatsApp. Check the name, message, photo and design carefully before approving. Printing starts only after approval.

Orders are prepaid. Cash on Delivery is not offered. Prices are inclusive of GST, with shipping charged separately under the published threshold. Guest checkout is allowed.
